This demanding role working within a top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire requires a candidate with a 5 star background and will require previous experience within a guest relations role. The focus is on guest support, so a high level of communication ability and attentiveness is required. The role is ideal for an individual with existing experience as a guest relations manager or possibly as a duty manager from a venue of undisputed quality. Live in available for 3 months initially.
